Very easy paced 4 miles Saturday afternoon. I have decided to run a 10K today. It worries me a little because there is very little information available online about this run. It is at the Canaries ballpark and I won't find out anything about the course until I get there. The good thing is that because there had been little to no advertising about this race there likely will not be many people running, I might even place in my age group.
I have a very aggressive goal which is to finish with a 7:30 pace.
