On a cold Sunday morning I decided at the spur of the moment to check out a state park that I had never visited, Beaver Creek.
I did not have to forge my own trail but I was did have to follow the trail left by deer and a lone snowshoer. It was a short trail, but it was hilly and the snow was almost knee deep in some places so it turned out to be a great cardio workout in a beautiful area.
Some days, winter isn't so bad.
Curious what you wear for a run like that - I need to get some more cold-weather running gear ...
